You can delete your OrniArt account and all its data at any time.
In the app
- Open OrniArt and tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
On the website
- Sign in at orniart.ornitix.com.
- Open Profile and choose Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email ornitixtechnology@gmail.com from your account's email address and we will delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your name, email, password, all coloring progress and sign-in tokens are deleted straight away and cannot be recovered. A record of Google Play purchases is kept without your name or email for accounting. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
