OrniArt ("we", "us") is a color-by-number game made by Ornitix Technologies, India. This policy explains what data the OrniArt app and website (orniart.ornitix.com) use and why.
Data you give us
- Account (optional): your name, email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash). You can play without an account.
- Coloring progress: which areas of each picture you filled, the order, and time spent, so your work syncs across devices.
Data collected automatically
- Advertising: free players see ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and ad interactions to show and measure ads. In the EEA/UK we ask for your consent first. See how Google uses data in ads.
- Purchases: Premium is bought through Google Play. We receive a purchase token and order ID from Google to confirm your subscription. We never see your card or payment details.
- Server logs: IP address and request details are kept for a short time for security and to fix errors.
How we use data
To run the game, save and sync your progress, unlock Premium, show ads to free players, prevent abuse and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run OrniArt: Google (AdMob ads and Google Play billing) and our hosting provider. They process data under their own privacy terms.
Storage and security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on our servers. Passwords are hashed. Purchase tokens are encrypted.
Children
OrniArt is meant for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- You can play without an account.
- You can delete your account and all your coloring progress at any time: in the app open Profile → Delete account, or follow the steps on Delete your account.
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings.
- Premium can be cancelled in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Retention
Account and progress data are kept until you delete your account. On deletion we remove your account, progress and sign-in tokens straight away. We keep a record of Google Play purchases (without your name or email) for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
